Raffle Ticket Sale for Queen Elizabeth Hospital
NWS Volunteer Alliance supported the territory-wide raffle
ticket sale that raised funds for the patient resource centre of Queen
Elizabeth Hospital. A number of volunteers assisted in the sale at Wong Tai Sin
Centre and raised nearly HK$10,000 on that day.

Po Leung Kuk Mooncake Charity Sale
To raise fund for its children and elderly welfare service, Po
Leung Kuk organized mooncake charity sale in various shopping centres on
weekends in September. NWS Volunteer Alliance supported the charitable event
for the third consecutive years by sending volunteers to help the sale.

True Success donated food to low income families
True Success Hong Kong Limited ("True Success"), a NWS
Holdings' subsidiary which carries on food trading business, donated about 4000
packs of food including Chinese soup ingredients and Japanese appetizers.
Through the non-profit American Baptist Mission, the food was distributed to
900 poor elderly people, 400 low income families, 160 children who lack family
care, and female victims of family violence and their children.

Donation of eyeglasses
In just three days, the Group collected over 300 pairs of
eyeglasses in support of Crossroads International's donation programme for
Kunming's people with poor eyesight.
