Cheers in Athletics and Art programme 09/10

Jointly organized by New World First Bus Services Limited/Citybus Limited and TWGHs Fong Shu Chuen Day Activity Centre cum Hostel, the Cheers in Athletics and Art programme 09/10 was kicked off with a tour to Tai Tong Lychee Valley on 10 October 2009. Some 30 members of NWS Volunteer Alliance played games with 50 mentally disabled residents and enjoyed the recreational facilities in the valley.

Bus Night Tour for Christmas Lights was held on 12 December 2009. Around 30 volunteers and 30 mentally disabled residents admired the Christmas light decorations during the tour.

Adventure Ship Tour 2009

Adventure Ship Tour 2009Adventure Ship Tour 2009 sponsored by NWS Holdings Charities Foundation and organized by Hong Chi Fanling Integrative Rehabilitation Complex was held on 7 June 2009. 12 members of NWS Volunteer Alliance joined the members of the centre to receive training at sea.

Spring Outing to Ma Wan

Spring Outing to Ma WanAs part of the "Living a Dynamic New Life 08/09" programme co-organized by New World First Bus Services Limited/Citybus Limited and TWGHs Fong Shu Chuen Day Activity Centre cum Hostel, the Spring Outing to Ma Wan on 14 March 2009 provided a chance for volunteers to take 36 mentally disabled residents of the centre on a trip to enjoy the natural scenery.

Members of NWS Volunteer Alliance participated in the Game Day with the mentally disabled residents of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Jockey Club Kin Lok Home on 8 February 2009.
