| NWS Caring Day 2010
NWS Holdings organized NWS Caring Day 2010 on 20 February 2010, the seventh day of the Chinese New Year, also known as "Day of Mankind" in Chinese tradition, to celebrate the seventh anniversary of its First Trading Day. Over 400 staff members from the Group's Corporate Office and 17 member companies celebrated the Group's anniversary together with hundreds of deprived elderly of the Funeral Navigation Service of St. James' Settlement who have no knowledge of their birthdays.

NWS Caring Day 2009
NWS Holdings Limited organized NWS Caring Day 2009 on 14 February 2009 to celebrate the sixth anniversary
of its First Trading Day. Over 400 staff members from the Group's Corporate
Office and 17 member companies taught some 100 underprivileged children from
Hans Andersen Club ("HAC") to make origami flowers out of recycled red packets
and "fai chun", and create stories to spread caring and environmental
protection messages. The first-ever public Charity Sale held on the NWS Caring
Day 2009 also received overwhelming response and the funds raised were donated
to HAC for providing support for children and young people.

Caring Day 2008
To celebrate the fifth anniversary of its First Trading Day, NWS Holdings
Limited organized NWS Caring Day 2008 on 26 January 2008. Over 500 staff
members of the Group's Corporate Office and 16 member companies carried out
volunteer services together with Young Women's Christian Association
("YWCA"), thereby shared with the community the Group's joy of fifth
anniversary. The Group arranged New World First Bus and Citybus to drive about
40 families from Tin Shui Wai to the ceremony. Afterwards, the families toured
Avenue of Stars and Golden Bauhinia Square guided by the management and staff
from Corporate Office, and a buffet lunch in the Hong Kong Convention and
Exhibition Centre which is managed by the Group.

NWS Caring Day 2007
NWS Holdings Limited celebrated the fourth anniversary of its First Trading Day
through delivering various community services on NWS Caring Day 2007. More than
500 staff members of the Group's Corporate Office and 17 member companies
carried out volunteer services in 18 service units under Tung Wah Group of
Hospitals (TWGHs), beneficiaries include the elderly, children and the mentally
disabled.

NWS Caring Day 2006
To celebrate the third anniversary of its First Trading Day, NWS Holdings
designated 15 January 2006 (Sunday) as NWS Caring Day, on which more than 600
staff members of its Corporate Office and 17 SBUs carried out community
services with their respective business strengths across 18 districts in Hong
Kong. The services included computer training, home cleaning, visits to bus
depot and laundry plant, talk on home safety and variety shows for different
beneficiaries such as the elderly, new arrival children and underprivileged
families.
