| NWS Holdings makes use of every opportunity to contribute to
the community. Every year, the NWS Volunteer Alliance sets up a charity sale
booth in the annual NWS Fun Day to sell items donated by staff and subsidiary
companies to raise fund for a specific charity organization. Beneficiaries
