The Macao Water Supply Company Limited has provided Macau with quality tap water supply for 25 years. In November 2009, the company and the Macao Special Administrative Region signed a new concession contract for Macau’s tap water supply services.

The Infrastructure division consists of Roads, Energy, Water and Ports & Logistics while the Services division comprises Facilities Management, Contracting & Transport and Financial Services.

The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre has completed its expansion, bringing the centre's exhibition space to 83,000 sq m and the total rentable function space to more than 92,000 sq m. |

An equity transfer between Sino French Water Development Company Limited ("SFWD") and Earth Tech for a water supply joint venture in Tianjin was effective. A joint venture, Tianjin Sino French Jieyuan Water Co., Ltd., was set up between SFWD and Tianjin Water Works Group. The equity transfer represents an investment of RMB117 millions. |

NWS Holdings celebrated the sixth anniversary of its First Trading Day by conducting community services on the NWS Caring Day, in which a Charity Sale was held and raised over HK$120,000 for Hans Andersen Club. |
| NWS Holdings was honoured with the Total Caring Award by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service ("HKCSS"), the most prestigious award in the Caring Company Scheme. In addition, the Group and its 21 member companies were honoured with the Caring Company Logo by the HKCSS. |
